Ethics cell of the Department of Life Sciences at the CNRS.
TBETHICS
is a project funded by the European Commission within the FP5th Framework. Its goal is to gather expertise in ethics, biomedical research and clinical trials to elaborate recommendations on ethical issues in clinical trials on tuberculosis in different countries.
The UNESCO bioethics programme was created in 1993. The ethics of science and technology, in which bioethics is inscribed, is one of UNESCO’s five major priorities.
The European ethics group (GEE) is an independant, pluralist and multidisciplinary group charged with advising the European Commission on the ethical repercussions of science and new technologies.
